We have a number of ways for parents/guardians to pay their children's school fees, excursions/activities throughout the year. We realise the difficulties some parents face with not being able to access the school during operating hours, so the following methods of payment are available to give complete 24 hour service, to suit your needs.
Methods of payment
Cash Window Hours- cash money can only be taken during these times!
Tuesday 8:00am to 9:30am
Wednesday 8:00am to 9:30am
Thursday 8:00am to 9:30am
Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, and Pay wave can be processed at the school payment window from 8:00am – 3:00pm Monday to Friday.
Both students and parents can pay over the counter and receive an EFTPOS receipt immediately. A school receipt will be issued on the next school day and placed in your child's teachers pigeon hole.
This allows parents/guardians to pay 24/7 over the internet using the following information:
- School's Bank Account Name: Marsden State School General Account
- BSB Number: 064-168
- Account Number: 00090140
- Reference Details: In the reference section, please record the year (eg. For 2021 put 21), the name of the excursion/camp/invoice number, and the Students Name so payment can be recorded correctly.
- If insufficient details are supplied, payments will be applied to the oldest debt for that Family/Customer.
For those families who receive Centrelink payments each fortnight- a direct debit arrangement may be organized between Centrelink, our families and Marsden State School where school fees are paid off fortnightly over the course of the year. You are able to arrange your deductions to be started by completing a form through the school office.

This information is found on the bottom left hand corner of Invoices and Statements. A receipt is emailed to you for printing.
This option allows you to pay by Credit Card at any time 24/7. Details will be taken by Interactive Voice Response. Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard are accepted. Please have your account, credit card details and child's customer reference number ready when you call.
Note: It is now a requirement that all phone payments be made using this secure BPOINT line, phone payments will no longer be accepted by the school. If you call the school wanting to pay, you will be transferred to the secure BPOINT line. Details are on the bottom left hand corner of all Invoices and Statements.
